Narrative Project: Describe an object

 

Strateies:

make a plan- follow it through

 

approach can be: literal, ambiguos, riddle, ect

 

camera shots: through only close ups,

 

editing: created odd edits, with effects.

 

 

Presentations February 10:

Things to show for critique_

• Present ideas,(sketches, images, doodles) precedents, or inspirations

• Storyboards, Project schedule / notebooks

• Edits not used - but still want to show

• The 3min piece.

 

Try to include at least one time remapping edit, and one motion edit in final 3min piece.

 

 

 

 
 

In class:

 

Student Research Presentations.

Review Narrative. Continued Disscusion of Narrative project.

 

Review Storyboards, production schedule and plans for execution of Narrative Project.

1) Present work on narrative project - focus on the narrative - remember, your technique will improve with practice, the story is king in this project.  

2) Work in class on lighting projects - hopefully this connects to the 3min Narrative project.- if not experiment and take notes.

3) look at some editing possibillites in FCP
